• Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus) root extract 325mg derived, from dry root. 6.5g
• Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) root extract 100mg, derived from dry root 1.5g
• Ocimum tenuiflorum (Holy basil) herb top extract (HOLIXER‚ ) 125mg, derived from dry herb top 2.5g
• Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) fruit extract 50mg, derived from dry fruit 1g
• Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) fruiting body extract 37.5mg, derived from dry fruiting body 750mg

Adults: Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food or as directed by your health professional.

DRUG INTERACTIONS:

‚• Contraindicated with sirolimus - Schisandra increases concentrations

in the blood which increases the risk of adverse effects.

‚• Caution with immunosuppressant medication given the immune

stimulating nature of the formula.

‚• Caution with drugs metabolised by the CYP3A4 enzyme - Schisandra

may potentiate the effects. Monitor.

‚• Caution with midazolam (benzodiazepine) - Schisandra increases

the amount of drug in the body, increasing the risk of side effects.

‚• Caution with heart or blood pressure medications, including Digoxin -

concurrent use with Siberian ginseng may increase drug effects.

CAUTIONS:

‚• Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding as specific

safety data is lacking.

‚• Astragalus is not recommended for use during the acute stage of an

infection.

SIDE EFFECTS:

‚• Reishi and Schisandra may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort

such as abdominal discomfort, heartburn, gastric discomfort, nausea,

dyspepsia, flatulence or bloating in sensitive individuals.

‚• Some reports of potential blood pressure increase have been

documented in hypertensive patients when using Siberian ginseng.

However, a causal relationship to the use of Siberian ginseng has not

been established
