About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Retail Naturopath to join the team at Bill’s Scoops. If you’re passionate about natural health, confident consulting and helping customers, and enjoy working in a vibrant retail space, this could be perfect for you. In this role, you’ll provide general advice on health foods, supplements, and specialty products, helping customers feel confident in their choices while supporting store sales and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Providing general advice and guidance on supplements, wholefoods, and natural health products
● Helping customers make informed decisions based on their needs
● Actively engaging with customers and recommending products to drive sales
● Supporting stock presentation, merchandising, and keeping the store looking great
● Staying up to date with product knowledge and current health trends

About You:

● Qualified Naturopath
● Strong knowledge of supplements and natural health products
● Confident, warm communicator who enjoys working with people
● Retail or sales experience is a preferred
● Genuinely passionate about health, wellness, and community
