Apply a thin layer of moisturiser to your eyebrows, lips, elbows, knees, and tops of feet ten minutes prior to tanning.

Apply the self tan mousse to every area of the body in a circular motion and pat the product in to make sure there are no streaks.

The back can be a little tricky, but most people can get the hang of it after a few tries. Leave our tanning mousse on for 6-8 hours (you can sleep in it too, if easier) before rinsing under water - a quick, lukewarm shower will do the trick.

Gently pat dry your skin with a soft towel (do not rub) and apply your favourite moisturiser.
