Shampoo and Body Wash: Apply a small amount of Calendula Shampoo & Body Wash to the scalp and body, using your hands or a wash cloth, and gently massage. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Body Lotion: After a bath apply the lotion all over the body and rub in lightly.

Nappy Change Cream: Apply a small amount, as a barrier cream, to the nappy area after cleansing with Calendula Baby Oil and/or water.
