Rose Hip (Rosa canina), is the fruit of the rose plant. Rose Hip contains a number of nutrients including vitamin A, vitamin C, carotenoids and galactolipids. Galactolipids have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Rosehip is a good source of galactolipids. Vitamin C is a critical ingredient for collagen production, which itself is required for good joint function. Rosehip is naturally coloured by carotenoid pigments, which have strong antioxidant properties as well as anti-inflammatory activity.

Drink 100ml as required. Shake well before use.
