Nature's Goodness Apple Cider Vinegar Cleansing Tonic is made from organically produced cider. This unpasteurised product can be used as a digestive aid and probiotic due to the natural presence of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria otherwise known as the 'Mother'. This tonic also contains the added benefit of turmeric, a potent antioxidant, and cinnamon, which improves metabolism. As turmeric is poorly absorbed from the digestive system, we have added black pepper extract which is rich in piperine, a substance that acts as an absorption enhancer and can increase the bioavailability of curcumin, a key component of turmeric, by up to 2000%.

• Lemon juice
• Honey
• Turmeric
• Cinnamon
• Humectant (E422)
• Black pepper extract (piperine)

Measure 10mL or as required of the Apple Cider Vinegar Cleansing Tonic and dilute with at least half a glass of warm water. Shake well before use.
