• Magnesium amino acid chelate 350 mg, equiv. Magnesium 70 mg.
• Zinc citrate dihydrate 15.55 mg, equiv. Zinc 5 mg.

Children aged 6-11 years, chew one tablet, once daily with food;

Children aged 12+ years, chew one tablet, twice daily; or as directed by your healthcare professional.
