DRUG INTERACTIONS:

Caution with immunosuppressant drugs - selenium may theoretically interfere with immunosuppressant therapy due to its immunostimulant activity.

Caution with warfarin and other anticoagulants - selenium may increase blood thinning effect. Monitor.

Caution with Eltrombopag - selenium may reduce drug absorption. Separate dose by 4 hours.
