Korean Ginseng supports cognitive function and is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress.
Korean Ginseng and Astragalus are traditionally used in Chinese herbal medicine to promote and strengthen Qi (the bodys vital energy).
Siberian Ginseng assists recovery from illness and is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve fatigue.
Withania is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a brain tonic to improve memory and cognition, and as a rejuvenative tonic.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
DRUG INTERACTIONS:
Caution with monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOIs) antidepressant medications - concurrent use with Ginsengs can interfere with drug effects. Use under supervision of a health professional.
Caution with CNS stimulants - concurrent use with Ginsengs and Ashwagandha may have an additive effect.
Caution with immunosuppressant medication - concurrent use with Ginsengs and Ashwagandha may reduce their effectiveness.
Caution with antidiabetic medications - Korean ginseng may have additive hypoglycaemic effects. Separate dose by 2-3 hours and monitor blood sugar levels.
Caution with blood thinners/anticoagulants and antiplatelet medications - herbs may increase risk of bleeding. Monitor.
Caution with heart or blood pressure medications, including digoxin - concurrent use with Ginsengs may increase drug effects.
Caution with sedatives - concurrent use with Ginsengs and Ashwagandha may reduce their effectiveness.
Caution with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) - Korean ginseng May have additive oestrogenic effects and may interfere with HRT treatment.
Caution with thyroid medications - Ashwagandha may increase thyroxine concentrations. Monitor thyroid levels.
Caution with loop diuretics - Korean ginseng may reduce their effectiveness.
CAUTIONS:
Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation. Ginsengs have been shown to be potentially unsafe during pregnancy and should be avoided. No safety data currently exists regarding safety during breastfeeding.
Avoid use in hormone sensitive conditions.
Korean ginseng may have an additive stimulant effect with caffeine.
