Adults: Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.

DRUG INTERACTIONS:

Caution with CNS stimulants and sedatives - Ashwagandha and Lavender may have additive effects. Monitor.

Caution with immunosuppressant medication - Ashwagandha may have opposing effects.

Caution with thyroid medications - Ashwagandha may increase thyroxine concentrations. Monitor thyroid hormone levels.

CAUTIONS:

Caution in peptic ulcer disease - Ashwagandha may cause gastrointestinal irritation.

Contraindicated during pregnancy - Ashwagandha has abortifacient effects.
