Thompson's One-A-Day Vitex 1500 is formulated for convenience with a One-A-Day dose. It contains a high strength extract to relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension including:

- Relieving breast pain, tenderness and mood swings

- Decrease feelings of aggression and irritability

- Reduce abdominal bloating and distention

Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

- Reduce menstrual cycle irregularity

- Decrease hot flushes and night sweats associated with menopause

• ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) ext. 150 mg, derived from dry fruit 1.5 g (1500 mg). Contains encapsulating aids.

Adults – Take one capsule daily, first thing in the morning or as professionally prescribed.
