Adults

Initial Dose: Take two tablets prior to breakfast and two tablets prior to dinner for a period of 30 days, or as professionally prescribed.

Maintenance Dose: Take one tablet prior to breakfast and one tablet prior to dinner, or as professionally prescribed.

Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects.
