• ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Linseed Oil (Flaxseed Oil) 1 g (1000 mg), equiv. Linolenic Acid (Omega-3) 575 mg, Linoleic Acid (Omega-6) 120 mg and Oleic Acid (Omega-9) 110 mg. Contains encapsulating aids.

Adults – Take one capsule three times daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.
