Directions: 1 cup makes approx. 3 serves

1. 150g (1 cup) of blend 13 into half a cup of water.

2. Mix in a bowl, jar or container.

3. Keep cool in the refrigerator overnight. Lasts up to 3 days in the fridge.

Other serving suggestions: Add 2 tsbp of yoghurt of choice, smoothies, shakes, cereals or porridge.
