• Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract Ze 911 500mg (equivalent to dry root 2.5g)
• Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract Ze 919 120mg (equivalent to dry flower 720mg)

Adults: take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime.

For best results take ReDormin ® Forte for a minimum of 2 weeks to help restore healthy sleep patterns.

Do not recommend if there is a history of hypersensitivity to Valeriana officinalis or Humulus lupulus.

There are no known reported drug interactions with ReDormin ® Forte. However, it may increase the effects of sedative medications; therefore, concomitant use may require monitoring.

Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. In the absence of sufficient data, it is not recommended to use ReDormin ® Forte during pregnancy and lactation.
