Flordis has combined magnesium amino acid chelate, a highly bioavailable form of magnesium with taurine for effective absorption and utilization. Magnesium is used in over 300 different enzyme systems in the body. Magnesium is required for energy production, bone and cell membrane structure, synthesis of glutathione (an important antioxidant), musculoskeletal health and is an important for the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system.
