• Vaccinium macrocarpon (Cranberry) fruit juice powder 206mg (equivalent to min. fresh fruit 50g, Standardised to 36mg proanthocyanidins (PACs) calculated as procyanidin A2)

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule daily with water. Two capsules may be recommended for the first few days of symptoms to maximise the 24 hour anti-adhesive effect of the higher (72mg) dose.

Do not recommend if there is a history of hypersensitivity to Vaccinium macrocarpon.

There are no known reported drug interactions with Ellura ƒƒ‚‚‚®. There have been case reports suggesting cranberry may have an effect on drugs metabolised by cytochrome P45 3A4 (CYP3A4); however, this is only a theoretical connection. There is also contradictory evidence on the ingestion of cranberry juice with warfarin.

There are no known interactions in pregnancy and lactation.
