Prescribing Information:

* Curcumin and fish oil are generally well tolerated at normal therapeutic doses. Mild gastrointestinal adverse effects may occur in some individuals.

* Curcumin is contraindicated in bile duct obstruction.Curcumin should be used with caution in patients with gallstones or gall bladder disease as it can cause gallbladder contractions.

* Caution is advised in patients undergoing surgery or with bleeding disorders due to a theoretical increased risk of bleeding associated with both curcumin and fish oils.

* The safety of intake of therapeutic doses of curcumin in pregnancy or lactation has not been established.
