  • Camellia sinensis (Green tea) leaf ex. dry conc: 50 mg. From dry leaf: 1.625 g
  • Nigella sativa (Nigella) seed ext. dry conc: 66.67 mg. From dry seed: 1g
  • Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed ext. dry conc: 100 mg. From dry seed: 1g
  • Mentha spicata (Spearmint) leaf ext. dry conc: 60 mg. From dry leaf: 600 mg
  • Colecalciferol: 12.5 micrograms. Equiv. Vitamin D3: 500IU

Take one capsule twice daily with water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
