Each bottle has a built-in drop dispenser.

Simply hold the bottle at a 45° degree angle and dispense the required number of drops.

Iberogast IBS + Digestive Relief is taken in some liquid (e.g. warm water) before or with meals, 3 times daily as follows:

Adults from 18 years: 20 drops (1ml) per dose. Take 3 times a day before or with meals. May be taken in some liquid (eg. warm water).
