- Lysine hydrochloride 625 mg (equivalent to lysine 500 mg)
Adults: To reduce occurrence of facial cold sores, take 1 capsule daily with a meal. To relive symptoms and promote healing of facial cold sores, take 2 capsules up to 3 times daily with a meal.
