• Magnesium Chloride, Aqua, Polysorbate-60, Xanthan Gum, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil, Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, Melissa Officinalis Leaf Oil.

Apply 4-5 rolls onto your lower back, behind your knees and tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. Rub in well for the best results.

You can also apply 4-5 rolls to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.
