Used to help replace fluid and electrolyte loss and prevent dehydration. Suitable for all ages.

Mix according to instructions.
Diabetics need to ensure they take into account the use of Aqualyte in their daily management of total sugar consumption.
Consume soon after mixing. May be used up to 48 hours if stored in a refrigerator. Drink in proportion to sweat loss. For prolonged use throughout the day alternating between the consumption of Aqualyte and plain water to a ratio of 2:1 or 1:1 is an effective hydration strategy.
When mixed with water each sachet will make 600ml of Aqualyte.
