A strong and toning plant distillation that supports emotional balance and healthy skin.

• Key ingredients: 100% pure Pogostemon patchouli, distilled leaves, India
• Key component: Patchoulol, delta-Guaiene, alpha-Guaiene, alpha-Patchoulen

Skin - general toning: Add 5 drops to 1 ml of Untouched Body Lotion. Apply daily. The scent may be enhanced by blending with Cypress, Geranium, Orange Sweet or Cedarwood Atlas.

Skin - weight loss or toning after pregnancy: Add 5 drops to 5 ml of Untouched Body Lotion. Apply daily. The scent may be enhanced by blending with Cypress, Geranium, Orange Sweet or Cedarwood Atlas.

Healthy feet: Add 4-5 drops to 1 tsp of talcum powder, mix and place in your socks to help guard against fungal infection. Add 5 drops of Peppermint to further enhance the effect and scent.

Gardener's hands and cracked heels: Add 3-5 drops to half a teaspoon of Untouched Body Cream and massage into affected areas. Repeat daily. You may also add 1-2 drops directly into the crack of the heel for an immediate effect.

Mood - confidence: Add 5 drops to the bath once a week and 3 drops to the diffuser every other day. Blend with Lime for greater effect. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Safety considerations
