Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser, leave for 10 minutes then replenish regularly.

Place 3 drops on your collar or pulse points in the morning.

Add 10 drops to À‚½ cup of (any) milk then add to running bath water.

Add 5 drops to a wet face cloth and rub all over your body after showering. Towel dry if required.
