A gently relaxing blend to help in times of tension and pressure. Promotes sustained energy, calm focus and relaxation.

• Lemon*, Lavender Sweet*, Bergamot*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Amyris (wild), Sandalwood Australian (*Certified organic)

Enhance calm and focus:

Add 8-10 drops to a diffuser.

Add 8-10 drops in a bath.

Place 1 drop onto pulse points and/or nape of neck (NB: not suitable for sensitive skin).

Add 5 drops in 1 tsp carrier oil for massage.
