• Key ingredients: 100% pure Mentha arvensis, distilled leaves, Nepal
• Key component: Menthol, Menthone, Isomenthone, Limonene, Menthyl acetate, Pulegone

Injury recovery: Add 5 drops to À‚¼ tsp Arnica and massage into the affected area.

Tension (headaches/backache): Add 2 drops to temples, or rub on back/neck to support tension relief.

Digestion: Add 3 drops to Olive Oil and rub on to stomach to support indigestion and relieve flatulence.

Common cold: Add 2 drops to a steam inhalation, breathe for 2-3 min. Repeat every hour up to 5 times a day or until symptoms ease.
