• Key ingredients: 100% pure Zingiber officinalis, distilled fresh rhizome, Madagascar
• Key ingredients: alpha-Zingiberene, alpha-Curcumene, beta-Sesquiphellandrene, Bisabolene

Pregnancy queasiness: Blend 2 drops with 3 drops of Spearmint and diffuse at night. 1 drop of this blend can also be rubbed onto the Solar Plexus, as required.

Sore throat: Place 2 drops onto a warm compress, apply to the throat and leave 10-15 minutes. Add 1 drop into some warm salt water and gargle 2-3 times daily.

Stimulate appetite and digestion: Add 3 drops to a diffuser one hour prior to eating. The effects can be enhanced by adding 2 drops of Rosemary and 1 drop of Cardamon.

Energy and focus: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser. Repeat as required. The scent of ginger may be enhanced by 5 drops of Orange Sweet, 3 drops of Cedarwood Atlas, or 5 drops of Lemon.

Sore back: Rub 3-5 drops directly into affected area.

Safety considerations

Only use as directed and be especially careful during pregnancy. Not recommended for children under 6 years. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
