• Key ingredients: 100% pure Salvia sclarea, distilled flowers and leaves, Ukraine
• Key component: Linalyl acetate, Linalool, Geranyl acetate, alpha-Terpineol, Germacrene-D, beta-Caryophyllene, Scareol

Hormone balance - menstruation and menopause: Add 5 drops to ½ cup fatty milk (nut, bean, grain or dairy) and add to a bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes. Add 5 drops to a hot compress and apply to the lower back every other night.

Menstrual phases: Add 5 drops to the bath or diffuser every other night for at least one cycle. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Stress: Add 5 drops to a diffuser to refresh the atmosphere. Add 1 drop to 2 tsp carrier oil for massage.

Skin tonic: Use 1-2 drops on a warm facial compress, or add 5 drops to 20gm of Untouched Face Cream and apply.

Safety considerations

If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with Olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
