• Glycerol
• Apple Cider Vinegar

• Six probiotic strains used in the fermentation process (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium lactis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii))

Mix 15 mL with 200 mL of water, or add to your favourite juice or smoothie.
