Ora Curcumin BioComplex is a high-potency formulation with clinically-trialled Turmacin™ Curcuma longa traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to relieve symptoms of mild osteoarthritis, and ApresFlex™ Boswellia serrata traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve mild joint aches and support joint mobility.

The formulation also includes Vitamin C to support collagen formation and connective tissue health.

• Curcuma longa rhizome ext. dry conc. std. 50 mg (equiv. Curcuma longa rhizome dry 1.25 g, equiv. Curcuminoids NLT 95% 47.5 mg)
• Boswellia serrata (ApresFlex™) gum ext. dry conc. 50 mg (equiv. Boswellia serrata gum dry 700 mg, equiv. 3-O-Acetyl-11-Keto-β-Boswellic acid 20% 10 mg)
• Punica granatum fruit peel ext. dry conc. 20 mg (equiv. Punica granatum fruit peel dry 1 g)
• Magnesium ascorbate monohydrate 112.08 mg (equiv. Ascorbic acid 100 mg)

Take two to four capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
