Adults: Chew (do not swallow whole) up to 5 gummies (pastilles) a day.

Children 5-17 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) up to 3 gummies (pastilles) a day.

Children 2-4 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 gummy (pastille) once a day. Use in children only under adult supervision.
